WISTA Cyprus

WISTA Cyprus was founded in 2012 and it has grown quickly to one of the largest NWAs and has the support of the shipping community in Cyprus. WISTA Cyprus is based in Limassol, which is the largest third-party ship management center in the EU and among the top three worldwide, and it has a very diverse membership. Furthermore, WISTA Cyprus is one of the first NWAs that amended its Articles of Association to officially accept male members. Today it accounts for more than 130 members. WISTA Cyprus’ vision is to be acknowledged as a professional and highly reputable shipping organisation and aims to be a major player in attracting more women to the industry and in supporting women in management positions.
